Jar Session Dinner Hack: Chow Chow Butter Sauce for Salmon

The next time you're serving roasted salmon, make this easy and quick butter sauce to compliment the dish:

Warm 1/2 cup of chow chow in a saucepan, whisk in 2 tablespoons of butter, season with salt and pepper, and add some chopped basil.

Spoon sauce on top of the salmon and serve with a simple arugula salad. Delicious!
