Smoked Apple Butter Cider
Warm up with Chef Paul's smoked apple butter cider, as served at the Western Springs Winter Wonderland and Holiday Marketplace.
1 gallon apple cider to 1 jar smoked apple butter
3 cinnamon sticks
zest of 2 oranges
5 star anise
2 t cloves
2 t allspice
1 t ground nutmeg
Simmer for half an hour and enjoy. (Spike with a splash of whiskey if so desired!)
