Dirty Martini With Pickled Green Asparagus


Enjoy this twist on an classic: The brine from our Pickled Green Asparagus is great in a dirty martini; just substitute it for the olive juice you would normally use. Finish off with an asparagus-lemon garnish and cheers to a new favorite!


2 ounces your choice gin or vodka
1/2 ounce dry vermouth 
1/4 ounce asparagus brine from Jar Sessions Pickled Green Asparagus
asparagus and lemon to garnish


Combine first three ingredients in shaker with ice. Stir down.
Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with pickled asparagus and lemon twist.
