Cocktail: Jack’s Strawberry

Patrick, bar manager at Vie, created this refreshing cocktail that makes good use of the Strawberry Red Wine Jam. Watch him make it via the Western Springs Living Instagram IGTV!

Ingredients

makes one cocktail

  • 1 1/2 ounces Skeptic Distillery GinQuila

  • 3/4 ounce fresh squeezed lemon

  • 2 tablespoons Jar Sessions Strawberry Red Wine Jam

  • 1/2 ounce Zucca Rabarbaro

  • Splash of honey simple syrup

  • Pineapple sage or another favorite fresh herb for garnish

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a shaker over ice (except sage), pour over ice and garnish with the leaf.
